This project is NOT for everyone
1) You agree that if you pass the training process, your rate of pay will be as follows:
$10 per 1000 words
2) You agree that writers are expected to have the ABILITY and WILLINGNESS (if the project requires it) to deliver a minimum of 3000 words per day
3) If you pass screening/training, you will be assigned to a writer pool that gets our writing project announcements – you can choose to reserve or reject work that’s announced to the list (see more details below)
TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) You agree that 5 STAGE training is UNPAID
We require all 5 stages since 1) most applicants don’t follow through and just apply without doing anything else 2) many applicants don’t follow instructions and 3) too many applicants have weak reading and comprehension skills which reduce the quality of their rewrites

2) You agree to the following training schedule
– Stage 1: Reading and Comprehension
Do you understand source articles/blog posts?
Can you understand articles that talk about subjects that you may have not been exposed to before?
Can you understand them enough to explain them (in your rewrites)?
– Stage 2: Diagnostics
This stage tests the following:
* excellent English writing ability
* ability to follow instructions
* ability to produce work without copying and pasting
* ability to turn in work on time
* meeting quality guidelines and using online tools to process your work
– Stage 3: Rewrite volume
This stage tests your ability to meet the quality standards of Stage 1 while handling a larger number of words
– Stage 4: Compilation, collation, and Synthesis writing
This stage involves you being assigned several sources. You organize the sources into a cohesive article. This involves volume.
– Stage 5: Producing topnotch quality using a format
This stage involves all 3 stages above plus formatting instructions and volume – volume involves both sources number and word count of your output
This stage is also extremely sensitive to quality
These stages test the following:
the ability to start and complete projects
reading and comprehension
ability to follow instructions
ability to produce work without copying and pasting
ability to turn in work on time
meeting quality guidelines and using online tools to process your work
2) You agree that all materials you turn in as part of your training becomes our property
2A) You agree to use a Duplicate Content Checker
Search for a free checker online like https://smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/ or you can get a a subscription to COPYSCAPE.COM PREMIUM or Grammarly (there’s a free trial version of this tool) so you can check your work for duplicate text/copy and paste text
NOTE: You can CHOOSE not to use a plagiarism checker but please understand that if there is ANY duplicate content/copy and paste in your rewrite, you will FAIL and your training/tryout will end.
2B) You agree to enter ALL your text into an online grammar checker like WhiteSmoke, Grammarly, or some other tool.
You agree to use your best judgment in taking the suggestions of these tools to edit your text.
3) You agree to constantly improve the quality of your work – both during training and after you pass the training period
4) We will be giving you FEEDBACK every time you send in TRAINING materials. You AGREE that you will CARRY OUT/IMPLEMENT the feedback.
5) You agree to turn in training materials within 24 hours of the TIMESTAMP of the email assigning you the training material
5A) You agree to the LATE PENALTIES that are spelled out in your assignment sheet if your submission is NOT made on time.
5B) You agree that ANY submission that has grammar/duplicate content/plagiarism/style/formatting and other issues will only be deemed COMPLETED once you turn in materials that have NO issues.
Accordingly, you agree that the time of submission of COMPLETED text will determine whether you turned in materials on time or not.
6) You agree to send a confirmation email for the materials sent to you. You agree that your assignment’s deadline starts from the time stamp of the assignment email sent to you NOT your confirmation email.
7) You agree to ask ALL questions relating to the assignment materials you received
8) You agree that you will go through unpaid training until ANY of the following happens:
– you pass training (you will then start getting paid assignments)
– you FAIL training (you can’t implement our feedback or your work quality doesn’t improve)
9) You agree that once you pass screening, we send out assignments in the following ways
Assignment notifications are sent to our writer roster for any writer to lock in or reserve on a first come first serve basis
Direct client request: a client likes your previous work and would like you to handle their current order
Direct assignment due to your high quality work output and always timely delivery
